Danielle Graffunder, MBA, CRCM
Founder & President 
Our company was founded by Danielle Graffunder with a mission to provide leadership, operations, and compliance consultant services to Financial Institutions and Fintechs. As President, Danielle brings more than fifteen years of extensive experience within the payments industry in leadership, operations, and risk management. 

Before founding Never Here Consulting Inc, Danielle held leadership positions at financial institutions and oversaw regulatory and compliance operations at financial technology firms. These roles provided Danielle the opportunity to lead teams of high-performing professionals, and work with multiple business lines including human resources, operations, compliance, technology, product, implementation, and customer service.

With this unique mix of payments and management expertise, Danielle has a proven track record of  partnering with clients to create operational and compliance strategies to drive organizational vision. An advocate of continuing education and personal growth, Danielle earned her MBA from Hamline University. Danielle also holds and maintains a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) certification from the American Bankers Association.
